We do not accept, process, or fulfill any orders intended for international delivery, nor do we authorize the use of international freight forwarding services to circumvent this strict corporate mandate. By placing an order, you legally certify that you are a resident of the United States, utilizing a US-based payment method, and requiring delivery strictly within the 50 US states or applicable domestic territories. Any attempt to engage our platform from, or request shipping to, international jurisdictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate order cancellation and account termination.
3. Order Processing, Logistical Obligations, and Cancellation Rights
While we strive to fulfill every authorized purchase of our outdoor gear, Eas Trading LLC reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole corporate discretion. Reasons for order nullification may include, but are not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, inventory depletion, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or non-compliance with our domestic-only mandate.

Logistical Timelines: Upon successful payment authorization and fraud verification, Eas Trading LLC legally commits to a standardized 1 to 2 business day handling time for all operational warehouse preparations. Following dispatch to our domestic courier network, standard 3 to 5 business day transit times apply. These timelines are corporate targets, not absolute legal guarantees against unforeseen "Acts of God" (e.g., severe weather events disrupting US logistics infrastructure).

Title and Risk of Loss: In accordance with standard US commercial law, the title and risk of loss for all sporting goods and outdoor equipment pass to you, the consumer, the moment the merchandise is officially scanned and transferred into the custody of our US domestic carrier partners (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
4. Sector-Specific Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer of Liability (Sports and Outdoor Gear)

5. Intellectual Property and Corporate Assets
All content manifested on this digital platform—including, but not limited to, high-resolution product photography, textual descriptions, tactical gear diagrams, corporate logos, proprietary software code, and overall site architecture—is the exclusive intellectual property of Eas Trading LLC or its licensed vendors. This content is fiercely protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are expressly prohibited from scraping, copying, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any component of our digital infrastructure without a formal, written licensing agreement signed by our corporate executive team.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Digital Activities

This Agreement, and all resulting interactions between you and Eas Trading LLC, shall be governed, construed, and enforced in strict accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or the purchase of our outdoor equipment, the parties agree to seek resolution exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in a court of law. Such arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
